Marketing keeps growing and this year we 3 full classes, full meaning, beyond our capacity in the small classroom size of 104-yes, we are not the janitor closet on the 100 building! Our space is located between the library and the AgScience building (N on campus). With the store space on one side and classroom on the other, it's tight quarters, but we make it work and try to make things cozy. We sell out of the big sliding window in the front of the building and during lunch time every day. Our store is our work-based learning lab, where everyone in the program works in the store a few weeks per year and we have managers and top managers who run the store. It is called our S.B.E. Student-based Enterprise and it's the only one we right now on campus. The store is part of our curriculum. We are trying to "think cafe". A lot of changes and trying to make the best of it all. Fundraising for our program is going to be big this year. We found out just how costly it is to travel and certainly don't want to deny students that for competitions.

In this program we will learn about entrepreneurs, what it takes to be one– their traits and characteristics. We are constantly searching for more inspiring stories about new ones to study. Apart from that there is much to learn– economies, management skills, business plans, structures of business and so much more. Stay tuned there will be more to come soon.
